Sarajevo represents the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is the place where different cultures meet and make Sarajevo unique multicultural center.

Sarajevo is a city where great empires ruled and left marks all over the country. Ottoman empire, Austria-Hungarian empire, communistic period – Yugoslavia and modern period of independence.  Is there a better example of multi-confessional society than four of the greatest religious temples in radius of 100 m?

The sounds and prayers one can hear at the same moment is the feeling which can not be described but has to be experienced.  Scent of coffee, the smell of traditional kitchen, the historical appearance of the old part of the town, friendly locals and unique soul of the city are definitely the guarantee of excellent experience.

Can you imagine that Sarajevo was the center of the world in 1984? It was the year of 14th Winter Olympic GamesOnly eight years later Sarajevo was war field, with one of the longest sieges in modern history.

That was my first experience with booked via Internet walking city tours. I am totally satisfied! Many thanks to my guide, a young, but high professional person. He deeply knows history of Sarajevo and what is very important to a guide he can share his interest, visions, feelings etc. etc. with guests. He made Sarajevo, its diversity, its picturesqueness, its charm and spirit much much closer to me. After today lecture I do want to return here in future to make my knowledge of the Bosnian land deeper.
