Beautiful Country, water falls and rivers, Amazing beautiful everywhere, many thanks to our outstanding travel agent Mirza, great Job.

  • From the time I contacted Dzenana to talk about tour options she has been warm and helpful, giving me all sorts of good advice. Her kindness has gone above and beyond as she waited for me at the airport as I dealt with a damaged suitcase. She helped me with bus tickets and provided an extremely informative war tour and kindly took me to the bus station at the end of my stay. She also organized the following two private tours at highly competitive rates. I am most grateful to her for all her many kindnesses.
The tour to Srebrenica with Safet was sensational. His breadth of knowledge meant that I had an understanding of the political complexities that lead to the situation. As we traveled through the beautiful autumn countryside of Bosnia I felt free to ask all sorts of different questions about both the local political and the broader geo political situation of the war.
Srebrenica memorial is powerful in its simplicity. There is a large variety of photographic displays across the road which is well worth seeing.
Safet is an artist of considerable talent. I was privileged to see photos of some of his work and to discuss them with him.
For me the purpose of the day was to bear witness to genocide: our conversation both deepened that, including other atrocities and sufferings that were an integral part of the war, and also added breadth as we discussed history, art, psychology and sociology. Truly a magnificent tour. Thank you Safet.
My final tour was with Edin. It was to Travnik and Jajce. Edin was knowable about the medieval history of the places we visited as well as being willing to talk about Bosnia’s recent history. Both the countryside and the towns visited were beautiful. Edin was kind and patient as I slowly navigated some challenging cobblestones.
Bosnia is a beautiful country, with warm and friendly people. I am so pleased I used Invicta Travel.

Even though I am from Bosnia and Herzegovina, like most of young people here, I haven’t visited majority of beauties my country has to offer. Once I decided to do so, Invicta Travel was the most suitable agency for visiting those amazing places for a reasonable price. Great service!

I took a tour with Invicta Travel this week, and I was so trilled and amazed of their professionalism and of knowladge of their guide Edin. Guide introduced me with Sarajevo, it’s Olympic mountains and many more amazing Sarajevo popular landmarks. I contact them again, to book a Herzegovina tour to visit Mostar and other beautiful places and towns. I don’t have to say anything else, then to thank Invicta Travel and Edin for the amazing time I’ve spent in Bosnia with them. I definitely reccomment this agency and their high – class service.

  • I was a solo female traveler in BiH. During my time there, I engaged Invicta for four day-tours around the country. Edin was my guide and driver. I was initially apprehensive about travelling alone with a male guide but was quickly put at ease by Edin after meeting him the very first morning. I understand that Invicta is a new start-up and Edin is also relatively new to the trade. Edin, however, appeared to be a knowledgeable guide and was able to answer my questions (in fluent English) at ease. He was also a very safe driver, which should be requirement for all travellers looking to engage a driver, given the mostly narrow and winding roads and lanes in the country. I usually take quite some time to warm up to new people but with Edin, I found it effortless to maintain a conversation with him. Apart from the usual guide-traveller conversations, Edin and I also had many discussions during our meals together and drive trips about our personal lives and experiences. I am truly thankful that I engaged Invicta (which responded promptly to all my queries) for their services and appreciate the time I had with Edin, which gave me the opportunities to learn about the beautiful country and her hospitable people, and to know Edin, as a person. My best wishes to Invicta and Edin.
