Neretva is the largest river of the eastern part of the Adriatic catchment basin. Located in Herzegovina. It is still recognizable for its unaffected attractiveness and variety of its scenery. Fresh water ecosystems have endured from the population and the associated development stress. One of the most important unaffected resources of Bosnia and Herzegovina is its freshwater resource. Locals call this beautiful river a ,,Bosnian pearl” because it’s so clean and pure like a pearl. It has amazing emerald colour, and on this rafting tour you will have the opportunity even to drink it and to try and feel this rare natural Bosnian treasure. Neretva river is important for Herzegovina region, it has always been like that since this river has helped growth and progress of communities that lived on its shores. If you talk about Bosnia and Herzegovina and skip to mention Neretva river it would been like you’ve talked about Egypt and forgot to mention river Nile.
It’s a mountain river that, in one of it’s parts, just before Konjic town, it offer a great opportunity for a white water rafting. It’s deep canyon provides unforgivable experience to all rafters that are eager for some fun and adrenaline and that appreciate beauty of the nature. Start of the rafting is at Glavaticevo Valley and it ends in Konjic, which gives you the opportunity to sail 23 kilometers of the river, though it’s canyon that is decorated by waterfalls, small beaches and clear tributary.

arrival to Konjic
Arrival at 09.00am. Breakfast at local house of rafting hosts. Rafting hosts will provide you wet suits, life jackets, helmets and a waterproof bags
transport to Glavaticevo
You will be transported across a mountain pass to Glavatićevo, the point where you start your rafting trip. we will make a stop on the vantage point, from where you will be able to see beautiful panorama and the Boračko lake from above.
Boarding on rafting boats. The skipper will make a short introduction and apoint you on the things you should stick on during the rafting tour. You’ll raft 23 km down the Neretva river, for approx. 5 hours with an experienced skipper .You’ll feel adrenaline on 4 rapids (WW II-IV), pass under a waterfall shower, drink water directly from a natural spring and have a barbecue. The trip is soo much fun and safe even for children.
You will finish your tour, change your clothes, and return to Konjic town, from where you started. On arrival to Konjic, you will have a lunch where they serve different meals. You can choose anything you want for lunch, even traditional food, tasty meat, vegetables and fish.
