 1. SOFIA(BULGARIA):

  •  Sofia preserves many valuable monuments to its long and storied past. You will be exploring the city’s streets where you can see remnants of The Eastern Gate from the days when Sofia was Serdika and Sredets, dating from the 2nd- 4th centuries CE. These remains are exhibited in the underpass connecting the Presidential Palace and The Ministerial Council, surrounded by shops selling traditional Bulgarian souvenirs and rosewater. Find out some of Sofia’s most iconic places and monuments, meet the ancient history of a 10000 year old town. Today Sofia is an important educational and cultural center and falls among the top tourist destinations on the Balkan Peninsula.

2. SKOPJE(MACEDONIA):

  • Go through the story for Skopje, beginning with the new “Skopje 2014th”, showing you all the statues, sculptures, monuments and square, across the Stone Bridge through the very different Old Town, and even further back in history, up to the fortress Kale, where the earliest evidence of human existence is located.

3. OHRID (MACEDONIA):

  • Explore the center of Christianity for all Slavs on a half-day tour of Ohrid, and discover the seat of the Archbishopric. See all the historic city’s main sights, such as the Cathedral of St. Sofia, the burial place of St. Kliment, and more.

4. STRUGA (MACEDONIA):

  • Struga has been known since the time of Ilirs,and many of old writers of traveling guides have noted that Struga was a very vivid city,with developed trade and great markets. Spend a night in this small town on lakes surrounded by magnificent landscape.

5. TIRANA&SHKODER(ALBANIA):

  • Visit all the main sights of Tirana & Shkodra. Discover the fascinating history and colorful scenery of Albania’s capital city before delving further into this charming country. Start your day trip in Tirana and explore the city center with its historic clock tower and main square. Admire the beautiful scenery in Shkodra and enjoy by the largest lake in the Balkan Peninsula.

6. BAR, BUDVA & KOTOR (MONTENEGRO):

  • In Bar, take a short walk through the old town and visit beautiful marina. Discover Kotor, a UNESCO World Heritage Site thanks to its ancient monuments and well-preserved medieval architecture. Go through the city’s historical center and spend time exploring. In Budva, enjoy a scenic tour of Sveti Stefan. Learn about the islet’s history before making your way to Budva, one of the oldest cities on the Adriatic Coast. Budva is known for its sandy beaches and diverse nightlife.

7. DUBROVNIK(CROATIA):

  • Visit the city’s major landmarks and hear stories of how Dubrovnik became one of the world’s most prosperous and advanced maritime republics. Walk through Dubrovnik’s beautiful Old Town and discover how the city became one of the most prosperous and advanced of all the historic maritime republics. As you step through the gates of Dubrovnik’s old city walls, you will be taking a step back in time, losing yourself in the grandeur and beauty of this culturally influential city.

8. POČITELJ, BLAGAJ & MOSTAR (BOSNIA & HERZEGOVINA):

  • Visit a variety of cultural, historic, and religious sites including the magnificent Mosque of Mostar. When the tour reaches the town of Neum you can take a break for shopping and morning coffee. The tour then proceeds through a picturesque delta of the River Neretva to the small town of Pocitelj. In Pocitelj you will have an opportunity for sightseeing and free time. Pocitelj is a beautiful cultural and historical site featuring structures from the 15th century. The world-famous town of Mostar, known as a meeting point of different cultures and religions is the next stop. Stroll across the spectacular white-stone bridge and explore the blend of Moorish, Christian, and Muslim monuments that make up the town’s unique way of life.

 9. SARAJEVO (BOSNIA & HERZEGOVINA):

  •  The city of Sarajevo represents the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is a place where different cultures meet and makes Sarajevo a unique multicultural center. It is also a city where great empires ruled and left marks all over the country like the Ottoman Empire, Austria-Hungarian Empire, Communist Yugoslavia and the modern period of independence. Experience Bascarsija Square, an outdoor market built in the 15th century,visit the wooden fountain of Sebilj, one of the main symbols of Sarajevo and the newly renovated city hall, experience the assassination of the Austrian Archduke Franz Ferdinand that triggered World War I, find out more about Ottoman era and it’s most famous heritage of Gazi Husref-Bey, and see the Eternal Flame Monument, dedicated to Yugoslav People’s Army.
